Welcome to Soul Level — a heart-led, Spirit-guided space offering intuitive readings, Angelic channelling, and soul-based guidance. By accessing, purchasing, or engaging with any services provided by Soul Level (“the Reader”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
You acknowledge that accessing spiritual or intuitive services is legal in your country or jurisdiction.
You participate willingly and take full responsibility for your interaction with Soul Level services.

2. Nature of Services

Soul Level readings—including mediumship, intuitive soul readings, Angelic guidance, and energy-based insights—are intended for:

Spiritual reflection
Emotional clarity
Personal empowerment
Soul awareness and inner healing

These services are NOT a substitute for:

Medical advice
Psychological counselling
Legal guidance
Financial planning

If needed, please consult a licensed professional.

3. No Guarantees or Predictions

Readings offer energetic insight, not fixed outcomes.
The Reader does not predict or determine the future, provide lottery numbers, diagnose health issues, or guarantee outcomes.
You understand that messages may unfold gradually as energy shifts.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following the reading.
All questions must be self-focused, respectful, and constructive.
Topics involving medical diagnosis, legal disputes, financial investments, third-party spying, or attempts to control another’s free will will not be read.
You may be asked to rephrase questions for ethical or spiritual alignment.

5. Reader Responsibilities & Ethics

Soul Level is committed to providing a safe, heart-centered, ethical experience.

The Reader agrees to:

Treat every client with respect, equality, and confidentiality.
Deliver the full guidance purchased—no withheld information.
Offer insights focused on healing, clarity, and empowerment.
Avoid readings involving:
- Death prediction
- Crimes or missing persons
- Past lives or dark energy
- Spirit possession
- Medical or legal diagnosis

The Reader reserves the right to decline or cancel a session if:

A question violates Soul Level’s ethical boundaries
The client requests manipulative practices
The client repeats the same question frequently
Necessary rewording is refused
The Reader cannot meet the stated delivery time

6. Delivery Time

Readings are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
If your reading has not arrived, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.
External resources or links may be shared occasionally; Soul Level is not responsible for third-party content.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Completed readings are non-refundable.
Refunds may be offered only if the reading has not yet begun and both parties agree to cancel.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent completion, a credit toward a future reading may be issued.
Rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing a reading, you agree that:

You release the Reader from any claims or liabilities related to actions taken or not taken after your reading.
You understand that intuitive guidance is subjective and may vary.

Soul Level makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of spiritual or intuitive impressions.
